I like that this contains a ring and all cards are hole punched in the upper left allowing you to add and remove cards as needed and take them easily on the go. They are comprehensive and helpful in studying origins, insertions and actions, though I was disappointed that facial muscles and the skull were limited. Also includes clinically relevant items and x-ray/MRI samples.
