As I stated in my review of American Victory, I sincerely believe that this great book by Shad Helmstetter is equally useful to ALL network marketers, home based business people and anyone in business. While Helmstetter does a terrific job of selling Amway and how Amway people are changing the world, the same could be said for other network marketing companies and home based business opportunities.

Some of the topics that Helmstterr covers include:

* How to change old mental programs that get in the way of your
business success

* Discover the 9 essential virtues of network marketing

* Identify the most successful and least successful network
marketing styles.

* Overcome the #1 problem that most network marketers face
every day.

* Learn why some people turn down the opportunity and what to
do about it.

* Learn how to build a more positive business attitude and
strong self esteem, beginning immediately.

Helmstter offers 6 scripts for creating the behavior of a champion networker such as getting motivated and staying motivated, showing the plan, getting into action, believe in amway, I can do this, I know I can and a specially new version (for Amway) of his highly successful script Believing in the incredible you.

I am not in Amway. The information in this book and American Victory helps to create the disciplines and internal attitude, tough skin to be successful in this case Amway but in reality any network marketing opportunity or home based business.

I am not in Amway but I do respect the incredible success this company has had. 50 years in business and growing faster than most conventional businesses, Amway's sales are in excess of $40 billion. The success of Amway has led the way for other network marketing companies such as the one that I am in and has created financial freedom for many all over the world.

Shad Helmstetters book is muct reading for all networkers. Perhaps he will someday write a generic book about network marketing or for home based business people. Along with this and American Victory, I also recommend Dr. Helmstetters blockbuster best seller, What To Say When You Talk To Yourself and any tape program he has done.

This book changed my life. The way in which I view myself in relationship to the universe has forever been altered by the brillance and tenderness of Shad Helmstetter.

The book provides people with a independent view of the Network Marketing business. Being a former amway sceptic, this book have provided my wife and I with more confidence about our decision to persue our dreams with our growing Amway Business. Careful on where you get your information, previously we were very NEGATIVE only because we know NOTHING about the business. This book will enable readers to explore the opportunity, only if you read it with an open mind.

This book is focused for the Amway (now Quickstar) organization though the principles are worthwhile for all individuals in network marketing. The strategies that Helmstettler outlines will build your new recruits a strong, solid foundation. I would consider "The Network of Champions" essential reading for network marketers in all industries.

If you are checking the business or the networking industry out, GET THE FACTS! This book is full of them. Take notice who you get your information from. If they fell out of the industry or are bitter about something, I would beaware when taking advise from them. Books like this one and many others out there about this business are needed. If this business didn't work for people, after 38yrs, we would know it. This business does work and this book will help you and your family work it. But you have to work it. Don't let anyone steal your dream.

Being an Amway distributor for a few years, this book was a revelation to me when it first came out. Reading Dr. Helmstter previous book, "What To Say When You Talk To Yourself", changed my life. "Network of Champions" finally enabled me to apply self-talk that would help me in building my Amway business. This book is great for new distributors starting out!

This book was very helpful in developing a better inner dialog and truly helping me change my life for the better. It is directed purposely for Amway distributors for helping them in building a better self image and thus a better life. I read the book about 8 months ago and am still using the suggestions and have applied them to my daily routine; it works! Shad Helmstetter has lots of experience with self-talk, offers practical suggestions on how it works and how to effectively apply it to your life.

The story at the end of the book about how Shad's grandfather taught him to snap his fingers on every birthday was indeed touching. After reading the story, we realised that life can just pass in 50-60 snaps or we do things really worthwhile which can make a difference not only in our lives but the lives of so many people around us.

This was one of the first books I read about Networking and is still one of my favourites. Dr Helmstetter has put an incredible amount of research into this work and it really makes for fascinating reading. What I like most about the book is his emphasis that networking is a business - your own business - not some rinky-dink scheme, and therefore you're completely responsible for your success (or lack thereof). Dr Helmstetter really explains that networking really is a business for Champions! so if you're not one then don't read the book!

Well written and presented book, focusing on more of Helmstetter's theories on Self-Talk. Yes...it is heavily slanted toward Amway enthusiasts, but can be very profitably read by ANYONE who has a desire to get motivated and off the fence in ANY endeavour!
