How are you going to find the manpower necessary to lead your church in outreach, evangelism, fellowship and worship? Rather than the traditional approach of a Nominating Committee who "strong arms" people into volunteering, a better approach is to help people identify their spiritual gifts, review their spiritual profile and seek a group of peers guidance on how to implement their ministry. This book and the leadership guide is an excellent resource to use. We have had two cycles in our church and are well on the way to a new era of church growth and better impact on our community.

I took this course 10 years ago and was amazed at the insight I found in my passion and how God had wired me and how that matched my spiritual gifting. I was so convinced of this program that I became a Network counselor. The church I attended saw hundreds come off the pews and get actively involved in ministry through their gifts and passion. There were over 35 new ministries started from participants who took the course.

I now teach this course as often as I can. It is so wonderful to to see the "light" go one when someone realizes their gifts. It's like seeing a light switch light up a room.

For years I was in churches and saw other churches just "place" people in ministries because someone thought they woeld be good at it. Eventually you would see that person quite and generally you would NEVER get them into ministry again. Placing people in the right place keeps Christians so happy and busy they don't have time to be involved in negative church. I highly recommend this program to all churches who want to see the kingdom come.
