Do you offer services that require CEO's approval? Read me!, December 16, 2001
This review is from: Networking with Millionnaires (Audio CD)
The audience of this book is not the lazy person. This audiobook will make you work very hard for very little, in the beginning. Treat the time spent implementing these 8 techniques as an investment with a compounding return of investment rate of infinity. Let me tell you something, I've read a few other books on personal network building, and this one is by far the best on the subject. This is absolutely not about the concept of MLM (multi-level marketing), which is a topic I choose to avoid. If you would like to buy this book and learn to become a millionaire and think like a wealthy person, this is probably not the best one. I recommend Robert Kiyosaki's books for that purpose. He will in turn recommend The Millionaire Next door, which is how I stumbled upon this book. "Networking With Millionaires" is written for consultants and it is all about working with your top clients and building extremely profitable relationships with previously impossible to reach clients. Spend $0 on advertising and achieve infinite returns on your investment. If you are already a great salesperson, you will still gain a lot of insight to help you breach that elusive barrier of the CXO executive offices. I have never heard this much useful information on a subject that so little is truly written on in such a short period of time. I knew a lot of the information presented herein already, but there was quite a bit of new knowledge and inspiration that gave me a lot of ideas I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. If you are looking for a gift for someone who is a successful self-employed professional, they will be in debt forever to you if you buy them this CD as a gift. This audiobook is highly recommended by me as a representative of its intended target audience.

Great information, October 9, 2001
This review is from: Networking with Millionnaires (Audio CD)
A very interesting slant on giving great customer service. The essential idea in Networking with Millionaires is to provide more than your core product; to go above and beyond the call of duty. Dr Stanley provides a number of examples of this and a number of different approaches to try. True many examples are similar & that almost gained this CD a 4 star review from me... but then I thought of the value of the information, the fact that I will encourage everyone of my staff in every type of business to listen to this and the fact that I have learnt enough to cover the meagre cost of this CD many times over. And, after all repetition is the mother of mastery! It is always great to hear stories of success and inspiration, this CD combines these with approaches that will work in any country and industry - truly global advice. True, it's a little simple in places and the sound bites of various role plays are very cheesy, but overall I cannot give this less than 5 stars - the information is just too valuable. Enjoy it... but most of all, take action with what you learn & USE IT!

Very practical if you have what it takes to use it., August 7, 2005
This review is from: Networking with Millionnaires (Audio CD)
I found this audio program to be highly practical. I agree that there may be plenty of repetition, however if appreciated, can offer a lot. I wonder how many of the people who complained that this audio was worthless have actually utilized the info on the level of the examples. More than likely none of them have. I can tell you that I have and I can attribute many new ideas to it. I put two highly successful individuals on the phone together(both of which I took on as mentors in the same manner that Stanley shows how to approach them), and in less than 25 minutes, they were discussing doing a joint venture worth a couple million dollars. I've been generously compensated for something that took no more than 45 minutes of work. As for the comment about being dependent on the benevolence of these decision makers, I have to disagree. Intelligent people will understand how to place themselves in a position where they are invaluable, thus taking away that excuse.
