Gifted writer, this guy!Knows his stuff, too! (You can always tell someone knows what they're talking about, because they're able to make you understand it too!) This book did what numerous classes never did.

This book was excellent when I first bought it 5-6 years ago. Very well written, very clear and precise. Is it, however, old information for the current times.
I was looking for an updated version, but apparently there isn't one.

Excellent... but dated,
By Victor M. Vidaurre (Santiago, CHILE) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Networking the Small Office (Paperback)
Four or five years ago this book was a definitive 5 star -- extremely clear and thorough. However, network technologies and operating systems have evolved dramatically since 1996 and some of the material is dated (I actually got here looking for an updated edition, which unfortunately is not available).
