This is a very lovely bath shelf and towel rack. The dimensions are not stated in the description, which are: 26in x 11.25in x 7.75in. It has a metal frame with a shiny chrome finish. This was the least expensive hotel style towel rack I could find and thought it would be flimsy but quite the contrary, it is VERY NICE and I love how it looks in my shower room! (note: the shipping and handling costs almost as much as the rack itself.. I live in Hawaii)

This rack is large, and pretty sturdy. The drawback is that it does not cope with humidity very well; the chrome plating is thin enough that regular exposure to moisture will cause parts of it to rust a little. If you have a well-ventilated bathroom (and you are in the habit of actually using the ventilation when the shower is being used), or a bathroom in which the shower is rarely used, this will work very well. However, if your bathroom mirror is fogged over on a regular basis, you probably want to look elsewhere.

I wanted a towel rack and the only spot I had near the sink was over the toilet. This rack worked out great. It was shipped quickly and was quite easy to put together, I did myself. My husband mounted it to the wall but I dont think it was hard, just a few anchors and screws. I put two baskets on the shelf but you could stack towels or anything you might want. This rack is very solid and looks good. I think it was a great deal especially when you see the prices of some of the "hotel style" racks. Hope this helps.

It is sturdy, pretty, and functional. It hangs two regular sized towels to dry. And holds folded towels at the top. It's quite handy. Putting it together was a snap. As a tip for hanging to the wall, trace the holes of this rack onto a large paper (like newspaper) and then center that paper onto the wall where you want to hang this rack. That way, you don't have to measure the distance from that hole to this hole and from that hole to that wall corner, yada yada. Just a quick tip.

I looked and researched and bought this shelf. It is probably the best and most functional unit for its price. But I decided to spent more at Ikea to get a nicer stainless steal one, beucase the one I received from Amazon had some crack/chipping on the chrom coating, and I'm sure it will eventually rust, and I do not want to drill holes in my wall knowing I'll replace it when it rusts.

I bought this for a very small bathroom. I mounted it inside the bath/shower opposite the shower, high enough to avoid getting splashed. I've had it for a couple years now, and it looks like new. The upper bars hold towels and the lower bars are to hang towels and washcloths to dry after use.
I was afraid that it would look just like the racks at the hotels, but with my towels and decor, that's not a problem.

I'd recommend this to anyone needing space to store extra towels, and a place to hang them after their bath or shower.

This towel rack was cheap and arrived very quickly. I was concerned that it was going to be flimsy but it is actually quite sturdy. It is not very fancy looking, very simple and clean, but for the price I don't think you can beat it. Looks nice in our bathroom. I would recommend this product.

I was seeking a way to store clean towels and washcloths in a VERY small bathroom with no cupboard. Then, I remembered how motels have clean linens in their bathrooms. I sought out a wall-hung towel rack and ordered this one. It fits in the space perfectly and completely satisfies the need for storage. Thank you! JS

My husband and I are renting a house for a year, and needed a towel rack, but didn't want to spend a lot of money on a something that may not match the decor of a future, permanent house. This is cheap enough to do the job, as well as to not bother me if I had to leave it behind. Installing it was a little annoying, but overall, I'm satisfied. I'm not crazy about the bright metal look, but I really can't complain for $14 bucks. Way better than a plastic hook or rack.

A word of advise, this thing sticks out from the wall a good distance, so be ready to nail random parts of your body on it as you get used to it's presence. A little cheap looking, stamped steel look, but functionally is fine. Being that it has 8 screws that can go in the wall for it, if you use the supplied drywall anchors, almost any application besides a bowling ball rack will be fine. Certainly good enough for bathroom use.
