Very expensive item and an awfull printing. Blank pages and other over-imposed: I can't read two chapters. When I reach one of the unreadable chapters and try to return to Amazon, I got a note that return Window expired on August 8, 2010 - the item has been shipped on July 6. very unfair policy of Amazon on an item of $149.00 (one hundred forty nine dollars.
