Excellent reference- a treatise worth reading!
I have the hardcover edition of the book and reading through it is like having Dr Volpe sit down and share his experience with you, with references to supporting evidence in the literature. Pain-staking work of a luminary in the field. I was particularly impressed by the approach to white matter disease. Only minor gripe I have is the images are not as good as one would...

Great resource but the Kindle version TOC doesn't match the text!
This is a gold standard resource text for neonatologists and pediatric neurologists. However my complaint is that the Kindle version has a hyperlinked table of contents that corresponds poorly with the actual material. I find it very difficult to find the beginning of chapters relative to where the hyperlink sends me (it's often more than a few pages off). Can...

This is a gold standard resource text for neonatologists and pediatric neurologists. However my complaint is that the Kindle version has a hyperlinked table of contents that corresponds poorly with the actual material. I have the hardcover edition of the book and reading through it is like having Dr Volpe sit down and share his experience with you, with references to supporting evidence in the literature. Pain-staking work of a luminary in the field. I was particularly impressed by the approach to white matter disease. Only minor gripe I have is the images are not as good as one would expect in the day of 3 Tesla MRI, but this is probably the radiologist in me nit-picking!
