5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Reference, July 4, 2009
By
This review is from: Neuropsychological Treatment After Brain Injury (Foundations of Neuropsychology) (Hardcover)
This text book is an excellent reference guide for head injury patients, their families and their doctors. It clearly explains the different types of head injuries, the disabilities caused by each and proposed treatment plans. The book was written in 1989 (coincidentally, the year I sustained my head injury). I am currently being treated by Dr. David W. Ellis, a clinical neuropsychologist and the co-editor of this book. Since 20 years have passed in this field, I hope to someday convince him to write another book on this subject.
