I was a little worried about the warnings that this contained small parts, but I think that must just refer to the plastic packaging that it came in and there's nothing I can see that a baby could swallow. I got it for my 5 month-old son who is learning to sit up - it helps him to balance and keep himself upright. He seems to really like it, both as a tool and as something fun to touch and look at. It's soft, so if he falls onto it he won't get hurt.

I also wanted it for the sounds it makes, but that's kind of a disappointment. You have to press kind of hard to get the sounds to play, and the song that goes with each animal is pretty awful. However, when I press it my son does seem to like the sounds. Overall I would recommend it because it's a great help for learning to sit.

we got this toy off a diaper reward website a while back. My son is now 13 months old and this is his favorite toy by far. He loves the songs. The only issue is that several of the animals just don't work anymore, and we're down to only 2 working sides. I haven't switched the batteries yet, so I hope that's the reason.

I apologize for posting this here. This is not a criticism of the seller. I received mine today and I was so excited to use it with my grandson. Unfortunately, two of the sides (dog and cow) don't work. I checked the Amazon return policy and they say that, in order to return it I have to have it in unopened condition. I didn't know that all sides of the cube didn't play until I got it out of the packaging and could access all sides. Please advise what I need to do to exchange it.

We purchased this for our granddaughter. Thought it was so cute and that she would love. Unfortunately not so much. Maybe she was too old for it. She is now 17 months.
