It works, but there is a residual filmy feeling I don't like that lasts until it is rubbed or washed off. It works in part by whitening/lightening the dark cirles/bags under the eyes. I will only use it now on days when the bags/circles are more pronounced - in other words when it's worse to look at myself than having that irritating filmy feeling.
