too thick, too large scrubbers,

I accidentally ordered the Neutrogena body scrub instead of the similarly packaged product Neutrogena body wash (love it). I am unsure if this would clear my acne if I used it everyday because it is difficult for me to use. It is too thick to get out of the bottle unless you squeeze the bottle very hard. It gets worse as you use up the product. The second complaint is that the the "scrubbers" are too big and far between. I would say they are more irritating than effective. ...And I accidentally purchased a 3 pack no less - Ugh....
