This is one of my favourite lip balms. It really is a very basic one, but it's soothing if they are a little sore, and it really does put moisture back into dry lips. It's PABA free, and has a good sun block in it so it's great during summer time, but definately in winter when your lips might be dryer, it's a big help. It goes on smoothly and doesn't clump up which is great. The one thing I can't understand, is why it's so hard to find in drugstores because it's not discontinued, but just not in big supply.
Give it a go if you've been allergic to other brands or if you find other brands too heavy. This is so good and does a fantastic job. I really love this one.

This is the only lip balm I've ever found that actually has no smell or flavor whatsoever. Even the "unscented" lip balms usually taste like coconut, or vanilla, or other random things. It's very annoying. This one has no scent, it is wonderful. It works as well as any other chapstick.

Neutrogena Lip Moisturizer is by far the best lip moisturizer product we have ever used, and we've probably tried them all. We couldn't find it any longer at any local retailers and were thrilled to find it still available on the web. Excellent product and excellent service from provider.

A nice simple no frills lip balm. It's great for anyone with sensitive lips and who hates smell and tastes with their lip balm. Good for kids.

I have been using Neutrogena lip moisturizer for eight years and it is just a wonderful product. It does not leave your lips gummy or waxy feeling.

The GOOD:
-No nasty smell/taste
-Coverage lasts a long time
-Excellent sun protection
-SUPER moisturizing

The BAD:
-Low melting point

Let me start by saying, this is the best chapstick I've ever used. Hands down. No questions asked. This stuff rocks!

It applies very easily and smoothly. Unlike some others, it's not too thick, but also not too slimy. There is absolutely NO smell or taste, which is preferred by me. I used to apply chapstick about every 45 minutes, but this stuff keeps me covered for hours. It healed my chapped, sunburned lips in about 3 days and has kept them healthy for weeks. No more dry, cracked, chapped lips. The only bad thing is it seems to have a lower melting point than some of the more common chapsticks. It's never completely liquified on me, but if I leave it in the sun, or take it with me on a run it starts to get kinda squishy.

I absolutely love this stuff. I have tried so many different brands of lip balm and only been disappointed with the others. My one and only complaint is that I cannot find this product in any stores.

Keeps lips moist and do not have a flavor that is over done and unpleasant.

Neutrogena lip balm is my hands down favorite lip product for when the weather starts to get cold. I have tried so many other products: Burt's Bees, Carmex, Blistex, SoftLips, Nivea, even good old ChapStick and they ALL dry your lips out even more! I am not really a fan of scented lip products since I'm a chef. Smelling things other than what you are trying to prepare can be a big distraction. Neutrogena's lip balm is unscented and not too gooey, but tangible enough to give your lips comfortable protection. I slather it on heavy at night before going to bed if my lips are really chapped and in the morning wipe off the residue and my lips are back to normal, just like that!
