I have had extremely sensitive skin all my life, I'm 61, and this is the best lotion/cream I have ever used. I had dry patches on my knuckles that would become so dry that they would crack, turn red, and itch intensely. This would cause me to scratch my knuckles so hard that sometimes I'd make them bleed.
Within a couple days of using this lotion my painfully dry and red skin became normal again. It is now so soft to the touch that it feels like baby skin. Now I've been putting it on my arms, and the dry, flaky skin is GONE. I keep telling my wife that it is nearly a miracle. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cream is PERFECT - not too greasy, no odor, rubs in and sinks in rather than staying on the surface as other creams do. "Intensive Care" lotions and every other cream I've used now feel like water compared to this rich, soothing lotion. I can't recommend it high enough. Make sure that the tube says "Soothing Wrap" as the name, because some of their other lotions (such as Moisture Wrap) come in tubes that look nearly exactly the same.

I loved the original formulation of this product (but not the fragrance free), but the tubes with "new" written at the top have a different fragrance which I find unpleasant and which bothers my allergies. I have written a review of this product on the Neutrogena.com website, but it has not been posted. Appears they don't want negative input. Unfortunate, as I've been a loyal customer for many years.
