Our kids greatly preferred using this on their face. I would get it again for that purpose.

if you don't roll it back down, it can stick to the cap and come off and be stuck in the cap (which you then need to bang on a hard surface to get it out).

I simply can't think of a better investment when it comes to your sunblock dollars. The Neutrogena Healthy Defense Oil-Free Sunblock Stick, SPF-30, .47-Ounce Sticks goes where Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunblock Spf 70 5 Oz. or the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist Sunblock Spf 45 3 Oz. should never go - the areas around your eyes. Unless you want to shed more tears than a happy crocodile.

Seriously, to avoid any unpleasant interactions between sunblock and eyes, use the stick around them and you won't be sorry. Even when applied by hand, the mist type of sunblocks is likely to make it into the eyes eventually and cause trouble. The stick won't. We've been using this for several years already and we're happy with it.

Besides being oil-free, this stick's other characteristics are:

- Provides both UVA/UVB protection.
- Includes vitamins A, C and E in the mix.
- Small.
- Very discreet, pleasant smell.
- Will last for several hours.

It's a 5-stars without hesitation on a well made, effective, affordable product.

I use many Neutrogena products because I have sensitive skin that has always responded well to their products. I especially like this sunblock stick because, unlike other sunblock sticks I've tried, the stick is rectangle shaped instead of a circle. This means I can apply the sunscreen to my kids faces with less strokes and better coverage. I don't know that the sunscreen is any better than any other stick product, but I prefer this kind of applicator.

I use this sunblock on my face while doing long distance runs. It is one of the few sunblocks I have found that does not cause my skin to break out. It seems to be rather sweatproof as well, easily holding up for a 13 mile run.

If you do not want sunscreen to burn your eyes, don't just put any sunscreen on your face. This sunstick is great! Smart.

Went on vacation to the islands and this sunblock worked great. No oils to clog the pores and break you out. I have oily sensitive skin so the others would break me out, but had no problemls with this one. Thanks neutrogena.

This is the easiest sunscreen to get kids to put on. It goes on light and has a nice citrus smell and lasts.

Very convenient form of sunscreen to carry in purse/pocket to touch up sensitive areas. Goes on easily, does not run into eyes with sweating.

Great sunscreen. Nice compact container, lasts a long time, not oily, doesn't get into your eyes when you sweat. Can use on your face including lips. Perfect for keeping in your pocket of your ski jacket. Highly recommended for spring skiing or any other aerobic outdoor activity.

Bought this for it's compact size easy to keep in your purse but it says "oil free"? It stays greasy all day on your skin,it's like wearing Vaseline on your face. Everything will stick to your face like a dirt magnet with this product and caused break out's next day.
