I started getting acne again at age 30, and it's been out of control for a year! I bought this product with very little haope that it would work. I'm on day 5 of 7 and it's amazing! Already my existing breakouts have cleared, and haven't had any new ones! I'm using it at the same time as the 2-in-1 fight and fage gel, and my acne marks and discoloration are already fading. Usually products don't work for me...expensive OR cheap! I think the price is very fair given the success I've had! Very happy!!

I'm 18 and have had acne since I was in the 3rd grade. My entire life I've been searching for something that would actually work. Products don't normally work for me and I have extremely sensitive skin (proactive gave me hives). I'm normally a big fan of Neutrogena products, their makeup is amazing, so I decided to try this. It didn't work for me. My skin may have cleared minimally but I really didn't see the results. I followed the directions exactly because these products normally only work if the directions are followed to the t. It may work for others but I definately would not suggest it, especially if you have severe acne.

I have had pretty consistent and aggravating acne throughout high school and into college. Proactiv dried out my skin without lessening my acne, and I've been trying other products equally unsuccessfully.
I liked the way this product went on and felt, but it has a strong and unpleasant smell. I didn't bother me, and none of my friends could smell it once it dried, but my husband commented on the smell every day when I applied it. I think it was a good way to kick start the Neutrogena program overall, but it wasn't perfect. Using new products always makes your skin break out as it's being cleaned down into the pores. I got new-product-break-outs from both this week long kit AND the main Neutrogena kit, so it actually gave me quite a bit more acne than normal. Now that I've made the transition, though, my skin feels comfortable, not dry, and the remaining acne seems smaller and more manageable. I think I might even try this intensive treatment again in a month or so, but maybe not.
