Directions
For best results, use at least twice a week or as directed by a doctor. After shampooing, apply T-Gel Conditioner evenly through the hair and massage into scalp. Wait several minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

I almost went into panic mode when the local stores discontinued carrying this product. Thank goodness for Amazon, who is able to provide this product to me, and countless of other customers.
Having had psoriasis for over 50 years, I've gone the route of all of the awful, smelly, treatments of the past. The Neutrogene T/Gel Therapeutic Conditioner is the best product for conditioning hair and a psoratic/dry scalp. My hair combs out easily (medium length), remains soft to the touch and has a pleasant scent. My husband, who does not have a scalp problem, likes it too! I can't speak highly enough for this product.

My young daughter has psoriasis and we have used Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo for awhile, but she hates the smell. The conditioner is a great follow-up treatment, smells nice, and makes her hair so easy to comb out! She was so excited to get to use the ""good smelling stuff"" that she actually stood still for the comb out. I would recommend this conditioner to anyone who uses T-Gel or other similar products, because this smells great and works great -- what more could you ask?

I was really surprised to find that the Neutrogena product left my hair so silky! Usually, conditioners like this make your hair smell medicinal, and damage your hair because they're detergent-like. But this product left my hair silky, even beyond the day I used it. I noticed a silky feel the next day even before I applied my conditioner! One caveat however -- it's expensive, but actually well worth it if you have problems with dry scalp!
