I find this product to work well. I'm not sure about reducing wrinkles, I really haven't seen that, but I notice that the (mildly) dark circles under my eyes seem to lift a while after applying it. I also like the thick consistency in that it 'clings' and stays under my eyes where it belongs.

I am not a beauty expert, but I like this stuff. It moiturizes well and makes the skin around your eyes feel firmer. Try it. A Guy

It's pretty good...don't see it making anything "firmer" but it works nicely as a moisturizer. I checked the internet and apparently the person posting stuff above has been posting the same thing [about it ruining their life] all over the net.

Probably an allergic reaction, you always have to test a little piece of skin before slopping something in your eyes ;)

Being in my late 40's, I have a drug store shelf of lotions and potions for that "magic fix" in my bathroom closet. I keep this one along with a couple of others favorites in a basket next to my coach that I apply every evening if not more. I have used it almost since it first came out. It does firm, just use daily and you will see. My (female) boss who just turned 40 recently commented on how amazed she is I have absolutly no lines what so ever around my eyes. (Especially since I smoke). I have been using various eye creams since I was in my 20's. This is a good one indeed. The firming qualities of it does sometimes make it feel a bit "dry" because it is actually tightening. If you are younger and perhaps don't need a tightening agent yet, try a true just moisturizer with out tightening agents. I often use Garnier Nutritionist Regenerating Eye Moisturizer. It makes the under eye feel softer. I try many things and often buy what I find on sale at the drug store. I always stock up on these 2 if on sale. I also dab the product reviewed here on a small scar between my eye and temple, it always looks less deep for hours after use and even looks as it has permantly lessened! That alone is high endorsment for it's true firming agents. I believe it works!!

This product is okay, but note that I have only used it for 3 days so far. I have fine lines under both eyes and I'm 18 years old SO I wanted to see if this product works. So... here's what I think so far:

+ a good eye moisture; makes skin soft and smooth
/ however, my eye stings and turns a little pink (IT COULD BE BECAUSE I APPLIED TOO MUCH!) I'll blame this one on myself
+ there's no smell whatever
- after three days, my eye skin area still looks the same

This is only eye lotion that will protect the delicate skin for me. It has no noticeable fragrance - and makes my skin feel good. Not positive about the wrinkle thing - but a just-turned 50 year old was stunned to hear that I'm a few years older than her - she couldn't get over how young my eye-skin looks.

I bought this product, mainly to see if it would help with the bags under my eyes. I started using this product for several weeks and started seeing a VERY slight difference. Not only were the results minimal, I was having a few other problems with the product as well: first of all, it smells horrendous - those of you who have used it can not deny that - and second, after using the product every night (as directed) for a week, my eyes started burning, the skin around my eyes started burning. So I cut down the use to every other night. When that didn't work, I just stopped using it altogether for months. I still use it every now and then, just for the hell of it, but I will not be purchasing this product again.

I really liked this cream for softening the effects of ageing aroung the eyes -- sags, bags, crowsfeet, wrinkles, whatever. Just a little dab on the tip of each ring finger gently applied to eyelids and under and beside eyes after splashing the area with very cold water is really great. The newer Neutragena eye cream in the red jar isn't as good -- too greasy and without the lifting, smoothing capability.

This product is nice and creamy, I don't see the firming side of it at all.

I have used this product for over a year. I am over 65 and my husband comments on how young I look and how I have no wrinkles around my eyes. I have seen a big improvement in the quality of the skin around my eyes since using this. I have tried the more expensive dept. store brands and think this works way better and is a lot less money. I am reordering. Would be upset if they changed the formula or stopped selling it.
