Overall this is a fantastic product for anyone dealing with a health challenge relating to a respiratory or bacterial infection. I recommend the entire Biotics Research line. I've been using their products for over five years and have never had an issue with missing or brokencapsules or a bad product.
In the past I've used all kinds of nutritional supplement products, and my struggle has always been, how do you (the buyer) know what is or is not a good product, and how do you know what you need and how much to take. I was introduced to this product by my chiropractor (who has over thirty years of experience) and to the wonders of energy testing with Applied Kinesiology. My chiropractor, on my first visit with him, tested me on all the nutritional supplements I had been using, which I had thought were "good products" and boy was I surprised. 90% of all the nutritional supplements I had been taking prior, energetically tested bad for my health (using Applied Kinesiology). My chiropractor recommended new products, which he energetically tested me for and tested for the dosages, and this company and its products were on of them he recommended. I also went through issues with allergies (corn, diary, wheat, etc.) And never had a problem with any of these company's products (be sure to check each products label if you do have any allergies before you take any product). Needless to say I was slightly frustrated at having wasted a LOT of money on bad products, but I was happy to find products that would help me overcome my health challenges.
During serious health challenges, I've taken quite a high dosage of these pills (energy testing first to help define what the challenge was and what would help support me) and have never had a bad reaction.
Great product, great company.
