ok, THIS is one very cool book! Made for anyone who just wants to get out and enjoy some Nevada backroads or access the public lands for camping, hiking or any other outdoors activity... this is defitely a great concept in books. I have done 3 trails so far and we had such a good time on the suggested scenic routes, I'd rate this book an 11 OUT OF 10! The team who put this awesome book together have used TOPO maps, which really add a great graphic detail. They also write up lots of GHOST TOWNS and include PHOTOS of what they used to look like. GPS coordinates, detailed directions, and landmarks throughout the book make it fabulous. ALL COLOR, with many, many photos of the areas you travel to. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Great gift too :-)

This guide has excellent directions and information about the destinaitions. The topographical maps along with the detailed legend
are very helpful. The abundance of photographs are inspiration to make
the trip.
