Most Helpful Customer Reviews

1 of 2 people found the following review helpful By Randall Snyder on December 26, 2014
Format: Hardcover
Most people aren't aware that the case has been made since the publication of these books that fraud was committed in the ratification process of the 16th Amendment. Most people aren't aware that this fact has never been permitted to be adjudicated in a court of law. There is no statute of limitation on prosecuting fraud.

Fraud vitiates every transaction and all contracts. Indeed, the principle is often stated, in broad and sweeping language, that fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters, and that it vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments. Fraud, as it is sometimes said, vitiates every act, which statement embodies a thoroughly sound doctrine when it is properly applied to the subject matter in controversy parties thereto and in a proper forum.
