I bought this book from the writer's website since it wasn't available from any of the other online booksellers because it was out-of-print.

It's written in easy-to-read plain English. The author admits up front in the Introduction that he isn't a doctor but he has a Bachelors of Science degree and research and development is his experience. In 1993 he was diagnosed with herpes and he spent the next two years reading everything he could find on herpes and viruses.

After that, he put all that information together and tried it on himself. The procedures he came up with worked and he claims to be herpes-free (no more symptoms at least). He then put it all together in this book. It's only 61 pages long but it has a lot of good information in it without all the medical jargon to fill up white space and confuse you. Besides the simple procedures to tackle the virus without any side-effects for most people, he claims a 100% success-rate with everyone who's used his system.

I was diagnosed years ago with herpes but I've never had the serious outbreaks that others have. I've been using the procedures in his book for two months now and the one symptom I had went away soon after I started his procedures. The procedures are basically a slight diet and exercise change, vitamins, supplements, and a couple natural and herbal topical and oral treatments. I've had no side-effects other than the loss of symptoms.

I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but it has worked for me. The only failures (3%) I know of is when people stray from the program or get reinfected and once they got back on track with the program they were a success also.

I most definitely recommend this book to anyone with herpes.
