Clare Novak is an international leadership development trainer and consultant. Her clients represent a variety of industries and range from multi-national corporations to not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Novak authored numerous articles, one of which, The Consultant as Archetypal Fool was the idea seed for this book. She is also a speaker and has addressed national and international conferences and numerous professional organizations on topics as diverse as Coaxing Creativity from Cube Dwellers and EBIT, Duh! There are so many "quick-fix" management books on the market today, yet most of them don't contain the common-sense tactics of Clare Novak's book.
