This review is from: Never Say Never (Kimani Romance) (Mass Market Paperback)
After enduring a painful divorce, Sabrina Matthews retreats to her hometown of Savannah, Georgia with her eight year old daughter Jasmine to start her life anew. Her ex-husband's infidelities taught her that "happily ever after" exists only in fairytales, and she vows never to fall in love again. But, when she has car trouble a few miles from her parents' home, handsome Malcolm Winters becomes her knight in shining armor. Can Sabrina let go of her insecurities and give Malcolm a chance?

Dr. Malcolm Winters is a well-known cardiologist who gave up the fast pace of the big city to become a family practitioner in Savannah. Dealing with a personal crisis of his own, the last thing on his mind is a relationship. But, when fate puts him at the right place at the right time to assist Sabrina, the "damsel in distress," he finds himself intrigued by her beauty and wants to get to know her better. Can he face his demons and pursue a relationship with Sabrina?

NEVER SAY NEVER has the potential of being a very good love story. Unfortunately, the relationship between the main characters seemed rushed and lacked development. The secondary characters were brought more to the forefront, which was a distraction to the story.
