What a fun, entertaining, and practical read for anyone who is interested in learning alot about a potential date in the first few minutes of meeting them!! The Author keeps you intrigued and eager to learn more as you turn each page. A great gift idea for yourself and all the women you know!!

This book has made my dates so much more entertaining. I constantly feel like I have an inside joke with myself. The author doles out great advice but keeps it light and real. I also like that although the title implies this book may be about judging men, it turns out it is more about figuring out what YOU should be looking for in a man. It is not a men hating or judging book in any way. There are no wrong shoes, only mismatched pairs.

I am a teacher and - though that should make me a voracious reader - I find that I read so much on the job I'm less likely to read in my free time. Someone gifted me this book and I glanced at the first chapter to see if it was worth the read and I was hooked. It's clever, creative and funny in kind of a "Seinfeld" way and the author actually has some REALLY good dating advice too! After all, what woman could disagree with the fact that she has "fifteen pairs of black shoes," in her closet and each one lets her expresses herself in "different ways?" If that's true for us ladies, then reason would have it that it's true for the guys too!

This is the perfect book to bring to a get together with the girls! Not only is it hilarious but it stimulates conversation about all the good and bad men we've dated in the past and how their shoes really did resemble their true personality. If we only knew back then, ugh, what we know now!! I apply this "sole reading", as Ms. Sozio puts it, to women as well.....sure helps me choose my friends better... Two thumbs up from me!

Pretty dull and uninteresting. I thought it would be a fun book to read but I put it down a few minutes into it and have no desire to pick it up again.

Very humerous and light-hearted. Very interesting. Wasn't that into men's shoes until I read this! Accurate!

I never realized how much information a man's shoes revealed about him until I read "Never Trust a Man in Alligator Loafers". Forget reading his horoscope, buy this book, and then take a peek at his shoes! Honestly, it's amazing how the author gets it right. This book was so good, I bought 5 copies and gave them to all my girlfriends. It is laugh out loud funny (and accurate!). We will never date the same!

This book is GREAT! If you love Bridget Jone's Diary or Sex in the City, you must check this book out. The author has done a fabulous job of connecting the two. It's a must read for every woman! It's a book for the single and the married, men and women. The words will make you laugh out loud and stop you in your tracks thinking. With all her wit and knowledge, she gives a new insight to shoes, dating, and romance.

This book is the new masterpiece for dating!

After ordering and reading Ms. Sozio's book, I ordered 7 more copies for my girlfriends.

And with the holidays coming, everyone I know will be receiving a copy!

I'm hoping that this book becomes a movie, it's that great!!

This book was really funny. I could relate to the "shoetales" that the author tells. As a single woman, I need all the help I can get to try and figure out these men! I completely agree that a man's shoes can reveal a lot about their true personalities.
