Wonderful
I really love this product. I was contently dropping signal in our sun room. I was about to pull my hair out then I found this and I have 3 bars and never drop signal. Great product!

misleading description and terrible customer service
Product outdated, no way to attach antenna to any peripheral, SLOW customer service, bought on August 30, called to ask for refund on September 6, was told by Adam that he would process the return and I began to give him my address and he said "he'd get it from the Amazon site" and would email me.....never got the email, called back and Adam said he sent it an email,...

misleading description and terrible customer service,

Product outdated, no way to attach antenna to any peripheral, SLOW customer service, bought on August 30, called to ask for refund on September 6, was told by Adam that he would process the return and I began to give him my address and he said "he'd get it from the Amazon site" and would email me.....never got the email, called back and Adam said he sent it an email, (never received an email from him) he then gave me the return authorization numbers and the return address of the warehouse. I returned the product with proper authorization numbers on September 10 by USPS delivery confirmation receipt...which I verified online....it's now Oct 2, still no refund, emailed them several days ago was asked "do you have a tracking number?" I emailed it to them now have been told "have to track item to see if it was received and when they find it at the warehouse they will process a refund"!
Still waiting.
