This candle was purchased for Halloween decorations. It was a good candle and was solid colored all the way through. I do wish they were a little larger around so they would fit better into standard candle holders. I also wish the color was a little more true to the picture. The candles I recieved were more of a lighter purple, I wish they were the plum color of the picture. I didn't burn the purple ones, but the same black ones burned for 4 or 5 hours. They were still great accessories to the party!
