This is a very nice bible. 13.1cm x 2.5cm x 8.7cm. It's the revised version of the NASB, so "thee" and "thy" are now "you" and "your". NASB is more word for word translation compaired to the NIV, so it's very accurate and very good for in-depth Bible studies. This edition is burgundy bonded leather, has words of Jesus in red, footnotes for clarification of text where especially required, words not found in but implied by original languages italicized, New Testament quoting or referencing Old Testament in small caps, asterisks that mark verbs that are historical presents (translated for modern usage), and the verses are easy to find in the small text because they are indented; all in one little book. (Paragraphs are indicated by bold face verse numbers.) Very nicely put together. Very convenient due to its small size. Carry it wherever you go to study and for the spreading of the Gospel. "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever."--Isaiah 40:8 God bless!

This is a handy edition of the Bible. It is the New American Standard Bible (NASB) version, so it is a very accurate translation from the original languages. It is easier to read than the King James, since it does not use anachronisms like "thee" and "thy" (except in the Psalms). It is very nice to be able to fit the entire Bible in my pocket. It's about the same size as a fat wallet. The zipper helps protect it, too!

I purchased this Bible a year ago and I take with me everywhere I go. It is small enough that it fits in my back pocket, yet the font is large enough and clear enough to read easily. Also, having it readily avaiable allows me to share passages with others when the opportunity arises. I prefer the NASB version over other versions because it's very closely translated from the origional languages making word studies easier. I have been very pleased with it's durability. It has a nice sturdy zipper case that handles everyday use well. I would recommend this Bible to anyone who is looking for a pocket size complete Bible.
