This company is horrible, misleading customer and with very bad customer service, they hang up on you if they can not answer your questions.
The product looks different than what shown online, and it came with million pieces with un-clear assemble instruction. I'm a busy mom with no time for this, so I called within 3 days of receiving product, and the rep told me if you need to return the product with original packing, they request you to agree and sign the letter with 25% re-stocking fee before return.

I buy product from online all the time, this is the worst company I ever seen. don't buy from them.

I opened the box to find it in a million pieces! The instructions were unclear and used terms that anyone who wasn't a lighting expert would be unfamiliar with. Some of the wires were frayed as though someone else had attempted assembly and given up. I would have sent it back, but it is for my nursery and I am short on time. Do not buy this item!!

I recieved the chandelier from Gallery Lighting,very promptly, and packed very well.
Although assembly is required,and I'm sure this keeps the price lower,it wasn't too daunting a task.
Once assembled,( about an hr.),and installed, it is a beautiful accent to my victorian bedroom.
Very nice fixture.
