A Vampire with the blood of the otherwordly Shinma running in her veins. Miyu has kept humans safe from the ravenous appetites if the evil Shinma for many years. With her faithful companion, Larva, she has banished more Shinma to the darkness than humans can remember. Now a new evil threatens Japan. Western Shinma have set their demonic sights on conquering the spirit world of Miyu's homeland. The Miyu series gets another part to it...,

Yui is related to Miyu by blood in several ways. She is a young vampire that does not know of her heritage and is trying to deal with the bizarre cravings and the strange dizzy spells that attack her every so often. But once she learns of her vampiric self, there is no going back...The drawings are beautiful, as with all of Narumi Kakinouchi's work. The story is good, but I prefer Miyu and Juline.
