It works as they say it does - attaches right to your shoe, and securely. I had no worries about losing anything. However, it only fits a standard metal key like a plain house key - my car key has a large plastic head with lock/unlock buttons on it and it doesn't even come close to fitting in here. That's a bummer for me since I have to drive to a place to run.

I got this because it said it held "cards, IDs", but it is too small to hold a credit card or my standard size gym ID card. Therefore useless to me.
It's cute, and would work if all you want to hold is a standard house key or a car key that isn't too long or thick.

Far too small to fit an ID, gym card, car key, or anything you would actually consider using this thing for. Is approximately the appropriate size to fit 2 mini-marshmallows if you think you may be making hot chocolate at some point during your run.
