5.0 out of 5 stars PT is free so get some!
First time buying shoes online but this is like my 5th pair of New Balance running shoes. Again I'm extremely happy with the purchase. My old New Balance were getting a bit worn down and I needed something with a bit more aggressive tread since I'm a soldier in Iraq and the roads I run on are the worse roads I've ever seen. these shoes look good but have no support on the inside. too much material in sole on the outer edge causes your foot to move uncomfortably to the inside. i have bought New Balance shoes for years and have always been pleased before, so i ordered a second pair in a different color. i would have returned them but i wore them both outside before i realized the poor insole...

They are a mixture of worn down asphalt and dirt. When it rains the roads are very slick with mud and bits of gravel. These shoes fit like a glove and are extremely comfortable. And as an added bonus match my orange reflective PT belt.

1.0 out of 5 stars These sneakers will kill your feet, January 7, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Don't buy these sneakers if your feet are wide. Everything the other reviewers say is true. I'm surprised a brand I trusted for comfort (New Balance) made these attractive, but painfully uncomfortable sneakers. If you do choose to buy them (don't!), pull out an insole and compare it to the width of your foot. If your foot is wide like mine, you'll notice the insole's made for someone with very narrow feet...hence, they don't fit the fat footed! Vanity (they give the illusion that one's feet are normal width) and laziness (I didn't feel like taking them to the post office during the holiday season) made me keep them, but not for long...I threw them out in disgust three weeks later. New Balance really screwed these ones up!

3.0 out of 5 stars New Balance Running Shoe, October 25, 2011

The shoes arrived in good time, and as desribed by the seller. My son was very excited when he pulled these shoes from the box, but they did not hold up very well. My son was very disappointed when the shoes started falling apart. The medial (inside) sides of both shoes split apart from the soles right by the instep. The laces, however, seem to be indestructable.

Although I normally wear New Balance athletic shoes in the same size, this pair was a good 1/2 to a full size shorter than marked. Had to return it. Gave it a neutral rating, since I never was able to do anything more than try it on.

Ordered size 11 expecting same fit as 645. This shoe felt more like a 10. Going to return shoes.

This review is from: New Balance Men's MT620 Trail N-FUSE Trail Running Shoe (Apparel)
I've always liked New Balance, but I've had very little choice, since few other sneaker companies bother to make shoes for those of us with extra-wide feet. These sneakers are attractive and comfortable, although the toe area is a little snugger than I'm accustomed to.
