I have been a New Balance fan for many years now and feel these are the most comfortable, and best fitting running shoe I have worn.
It's back to the drawing board on finding him a new pair of shoes, as these probably won't last another month the way they are already falling apart.
If you try and wear it around the house, that's fine, but standing in it for a while (like when cooking or gardening) will start to hurt.
