Our whole family has switched to New Balance sneakers... we all have flat feet and find these sneakers give the arch support we need. Plus, they are light-weight when compared to other brands.

Good quality shoes. My daughter always picks this pair when she is ready to go out play. I read the reviews before I purchased, reviews are right, they are good, very happy with them.

These New Balance shoes are truly superior to many other brands we have bought for my grandson (Skechers is the main one I'm thinking of in comparison). They are well made, roomy and true to size, very reasonably priced, nice looking shoes! I waited to see them and try them on my grandson before feeling easy about purchasing them online; now I'm so pleased, I'm going to order several colors.

My toddler took awhile to warm up to wearing these shoes since his favorite color is blue and they only had it in brown for his size. But after a couple of times, this soon became his favorite sneakers. It looks good and he moves around really well in them. My only complaint about these shoes is the strap. After less than a month of occasional use, the velcro on the strap has started to lose its grip and it frequently unfastens on its own. We have to refasten it a few times each time he wears it. We will probably have the velcro replaced very soon at a shoe repair store. Otherwise the rest of the shoe is decent quality.

I bought these shoes for my 5 yr old and he loves them.They're true to size and easy for him to put on and off with the Velcro strap.I love them!

My daughter absolutely loves it! Easy to get on and off...and it stays on her foot with her orthophedic gaits in, which is not the case with most velcro shoes.

I have no problems with these shoes, EXCEPT the strap... bad quality, it is too thin, It looks like is going to tear if you pull it hard... I wanted to give NB a try but I am sorry.. I will go back to striderite :(

bought 2 pairs for my twin 5 year old boys. new balance is a durable good quality product and the velcro makes it easy for them. highly recommend.

This is a great little sneaker for my daughter. I love that it comes in half sizes. My 4 year old never lands on full sizes- always a perfect half size. I got the pink- very cute - but boy does they get dirty! I've sprayed them with spray and wash and tossed them into the washing machine- came out great. I would've given them a full 5 stars, but they are a bit pricey.

The hook and loop is great for small children. I bought a pair each for my 4 and 2 year olds. You need to get one size larger than usual size though.
