These tights are great. I am an avid runner and triathlete, so I'm pretty picky about my running clothes. I love the reflective strips on the legs, they aren't too long on me (I'm 5'3"), and they are quite supportive. These tights are medium weight. They don't have fleece lining, but they are thicker than your average workout tights/capris. I live in Texas, so I don't need them to be SUPER warm. The fabric isn't a silky fabric, it is a softer brushed fabric. That is so hard to tell online, so I thought I'd mention it. There is a pocket in the waistband in back (big enough for a Gu or iPod) as well as a key pocket in front, which is nice. There is a drawstring as well. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because of the waistband. I normally wear a small (I'm a solid size 6). The smalls fit everywhere except the waist. The waistband isn't very wide, and these are mid-rise pants, so it just digs in at the wrong place for me (I've had twins!!). I'm ordering these in a medium and hope they are better. If the waistband were wider, the small probably would have worked. I looked at the sizing chart, though, and I probably should have ordered the medium to begin with according to the measurements on the chart. I just always order small, so I didn't look at the chart. My fault! So, just keep in mind that the waistband will hit 1" below your belly button, and choose your size based on that. The waistband does not stretch all that much (which is good because then they won't fall down!). Other than that one issue, these are fantastic running tights! I haven't actually run in them, but I can tell they will work great. ;)
