I thought this was the upgrade to the 803, which I have used for years and loved; however, the fit is different and the upper materials are not all leather as advertised. I returned and have switched brands for tennis wear.

The product description states "full leather upper" -- they aren't!! I was pleased with the fit, they are wider than most. However, I was expecting leather and am returning them.

These are the only tennis shoes I can wear that are wide enough to accomodate a bunion on my foot. Just wish that New Balance would return to making mostly mesh, lighter and cooler tennis shoes.

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and provide the stability I need to zip around the court. They are also great looking. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in playing great tennis!

I have worn NB tennis and walking shoes for many years. This is the first one I wasn't happy with. They are shorter than the 803s, my toes hurt, and they don't have as good a cushion. I wish I could get a few pairs of the old tennis 803s. : (

This was my second purchase of the NB Women's Tennis Shoe #WC804. The wide (2E) shoes fit perfect and are well constructed.
I have recommended this shoe to friends and would purchase them again.

This is my second pair of these tennis shoes. I tried a pair of KSwiss (hurt so much) and am currently trying New Balance 1187s, but they seem to bog me down. I don't feel like I can move as quickly in the 1187s. So I am sticking with what works. The 804s provide support and I feel like I can spring into action. I can run around the court without feeling like my shoes are holding me back (like the 1187s). Also, the Kswiss and the 1187's do something to my feet that makes my ACL repaired knee very unhappy. But not the 804s. The 1187s are fantastic for a stable stance, but they don't have spring. I will stick with the 804s, 'cause if it ain't broke, stop trying to fix it...

Fashionable,supportive,and yet so comfortable to wear all day long. That's how I describe these New Balance shoes. I just love them! I have my own Dr prescribed orthotics and they fir nicely inside these shoes too. I just wish I could get this same shoe in black too because I have to wear black to work. I have a pair NB 927's and I actually like this pair better. And as for the fit, Nice!

Durable. Good support. Very good for wide feet. I love these running shoes. Very comfortable. I have a wide foot with orthopedic sole and it's perfect!
