I love New Balance shoes and when I needed new hikers and saw the reviews these boots got in a hiking magazine I was really excited. I did know that they ran a little narrow and so I ordered a 9 Wide as I usually wear a 9 Medium in the shoes. Even ordering a size wider they were really tight to the point of being uncomfortable and they cut in at the ankle. I wore them around the house hoping they would loosen up but I finally gave up and returned them. I gave them 3 stars because if you can get the right size they are awesome looking boots, and the insole felt great.
