The women's WR1223 Running Shoe designed by New Balance will keep you running in comfort and style. Constructed with flexible gray fabric and mesh reflective uppers, this is a high-mileage trainer designed for moderate to excessive overpronators. The shoe features an extended Stability Web that prevents midfoot flex, a Phantom Liner to reduce abrasion, and an Ortholite Insert. Runners will also appreciate the integrated N-Lock lacing and webbing system for a snug fit, the N-DURANCE rubber outsole for increased durability in high-wear areas, and the dual-density Lightning Dry Collar for superb moisture transfer.

I bought these shoes after my orthopedic doctor recommended investing in a pair of new balance stability shoes because I overpronate. They really hold my foot in place & were a good investment. If you like a flexible sole on your shoe, this is not the shoe for you. Stability shoes don't have a lot of flex in the sole. These are also sharp looking running shoes.

As for service, I ordered the product, got it quickly, and it was exactly what I expected. As for the product, it is the most comfortable running shoe I have ever put on my foot. Incredibly supportive outdoors and in the gym. Highly recommend it!

it's the upgrade of the 1222. if you liked the 1222, you'll love this shoe. great for runners who need a lot of support.
