My daughter told me to take a closer look at these New Balance 805's & I'm glad I did. I my opinion, I think that this shoe comes close to being the perfect running/walking shoe. I love the fact that the shoes are incredibly lightweight. I love the fact that they are very flexible. Also, unlike other shoes I have purchased, these shoes provide significant arch support. These are perhaps the first shoes that I have purchased that do not require a breaking in period. They are extremely comfortable, & fit true-to-size! But probably best of all, are the New Balance "Sure Lace" wave shoe laces-no longer do I worry about my laces coming untied and no more double-knots! Love this shoe.

I bought these shoes for just everyday wear, as I just started to need custom orthotics. I bought the black and hot pink, they are super cute. I received lots of compliments on them. I wore them with jeans in the fall and winter.

I would recommend buying up a 1/2 size as they do run a bit small. That advice doesn't always apply to me (I only wear a size 6m) but this time it is true. I wouldn't recommend this shoe for heavy running, it's a very lightweight shoe, and the sole just isn't made for that. It might be for people who train doing short sprints or something, but not distance running.

These sneakers are absolutely gorgeous. The moment I took them out of the box I fell in love with them. The site picture doesn't do them the justice they so deserve. The design, workmanship and quality are stellar and the "twisted" laces add a touch of class. I have problem feet and have trouble finding foot wear that doesn't hurt, but the comfy contoured foot bed in these shoes provide the comfort level I need no matter how long I'm on my feet. New Balance struck a New High with this shoe. I recommend them highly and will go beyond the 5 star limit here and give them a 10!

I bought this shoe, albeit from another site, for almost twice the current price! It's amazingly light. When I first picked them up out of the box, it almost felt like cardboard it was so light! The first time I wore them to the gym, I didn't even notice them. This, in my opinion, is a good thing. When you notice your shoes, you're usually noticing a problem. These shoes are super airy. They're really low cut by the ankle. When I ordered them, I didn't realize they were a bit sparkly, but it's not overly so. Overall, a good shoe. They're not as nice as a some more expensive New Balance or Asics, but they're a great shoe for the price.

I purchased this shoe as a walking shoe for a vacation. It is a nice light shoe and very comfortable.

I owned this sneakers before..I loved them so much that I got the same exact pair, although this time I paid less than half for them!!! Yeah..Go to the shoe store try your shoes on If you like them, you might be able to pay less here...

I am so thrilled with my New Balance WR805 tennies. They are super comfortable. They are a great walking, running, or work shoe. They are also super snazzy. I've recieved many comments on their look.

I love the way this shoe looks. I ordered a half size down. My size wasnt available and I hope they ran big. Too bad for me because they didnt fit. I gave them to my sister-in-law. They look great on her.

I bought these from a Gold box offer for under $25, and they are much better than I expected. The color is a bit bright for my taste, but that's subjective....

They fit well, the sole has great traction, but isn't too stiff. The laces have an unusual shape that helps prevent them from coming untied, which I think is brilliant! Better than shoes that I have paid double the price for.

I bought this shoes at my local PX/BX and they run half a size smaller. I usually wear a Woman's 10 and I had to get them 10 1/2. Also, don't try washing them, they will shrink for good...I always throw my running shoes in the W/D and they always stay the same size, but not these. Other than that I think they were very comfortable and really cute.
