Well... what can I say about Stephen Gately's first solo single of his delightful brand new album? It is great.

This second single is very different from CD1, as it features the title track, a nice remix of this song, Joey Musaphia's Genesis Mix [such a strange name...], a great great remix of the great great song Bright Eyes [Jewels & Stone Remix] and some pretty outtakes from the New Beginning Video filming session. It even has an exclusive poster of Stephen.

By the way, have I mentioned how great his voice sounds in these songs? If you haven't heard them, get the CDs fast, specially if you're a Boyzone admirer. Stephen is singing better than ever, although his voice sounds a little different now - but it is surely better.

The songs are really great. New Beginning is as upbeat as a Boyzone member could reach, the lyrics talk about Stephen's solo carreer and they even mention his recent comin' out. Bright eyes is a touching love song, it warms the heart when you listen to it.

One of the greatest thing about Stephen's work is that it sounds nothing at all like any american boy band music right now [it sounds a little like Westlife though], this guy's got attitude. I don't care if he hits #1 or #100 on charts [but by the way, it most likely will be #1, at least in the UK], this cd is gonna be spinnin' on my stereo for a long long time...

I am a huge fan of Boyzone (Stephen's group), and at first I was a little worried about him trying a solo carrer. Well, I bought this single, and it is WONDERFUL. His voice is so alive, and you can feel the lyrics. Stephen's voice is so powerful, it is uplifting. A must CD single for all Boyzone fans/Stephens!

This single is one of the best released this year. It is extreemly catchy and leaves you with a vibrant feeling. It is an unmissable tribute to the bravery of stephen who has shown corrage in the past year, and has won the love and respect or millions of fans, especialy me. Thankyou stephen and buy this single!
