I would like to thank New Era Factory Outlet,for the excellent and quick service and shipping.The hat is top quality in materials and fit,which concerned me about purchasing online.This quality of hat is usually 4-5 times the price and not easy to find in local hat shops.This hat gives me a feeling of style,and tops off whatever im wearing and brings it to another level.
Ive always been pleased with purchases at amazon,and this product and company new era,is highly recommended.

Quality acceptable, but the sizing was off. In nine hats out of ten, I'm a Large. This hat was #10. That is, way too small. Put another way, I'm a 7 3/8. The hat's range was 7 1/4 - 7 3/8. So here's the question: if you are a 7 3/8, and the hat is a 7 3/8 but does not fit (or even close), who should pay for the mis-sized hat?
Answer: if you buy it through these folks, you pay.

After the vendor's original $12 s & h, I had to pony up another $8 to send it back for exchange. Second hat, no surprise, was too big. So far, then, I have paid the price of the hat, plus $20, for the privilege of trying on two hats. Their claim is that a L is 7 1/4 to 7/38, and a XL is 7 1/2 to 7 5/8. Reasonable to expect one or the other to fit? Ain't so. And the cost is totally yours. Beware.

I have the good fortune of having a hatmaker (milliner) in the town where I live. Unfortunately, this style was not available. I honestly didn't expect much when I ordered it--especially at the price. I have been astounded! Top-notch quality. I can't brag it up enough. I ordered two; the white one and the black one.

This is a very fine crafted hat. The shape is dignified and the material is classy. I would recommend this hat to all from 18-88. The hat is true to size both in circumference and height.

I must say thank you for the excellent quality of this hat. The size request was spot on for my fit using standard measurments. Overall, the design was true to form with no blemishes, creases or wrinkles.

A great value for the price, and the vendor is top notch. I will defintely continue to do business with these guys!

It is important to dress up when you go out. I like to wear this hat along with my business suit and black wool overcoat. The feather really dresses it up too. When you wear this hat your friends will know that you are a man of honor like me.

Best hat in the world for a great price. Fast shipping and I got it in perfict condition. One of my best buys. Wish I bought it years ago.
