3.0 out of 5 stars A bit vague, December 13, 2008

This review is from: The New Breastfeeding Diet Plan: Breakthrough Ways to Reduce Toxins and Give Your Baby the Best Start in Life (Paperback)
This book was short and sweet, however lacked details that I was trying to find regarding breastfeeding and proper diet. If you are looking for a quick read and some general ideas about eating healthy while nursing, this book is for you. If you are looking for more strict guidelines and in depth nutritional information, I would pass this one up.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great resource, July 3, 2007
This review is from: The New Breastfeeding Diet Plan: Breakthrough Ways to Reduce Toxins and Give Your Baby the Best Start in Life (Paperback)
Everyone knows that human breast milk is best for growing babies. It contains over 100 "ingredients" that can't be replicated in a lab. This book shares with the conscientious nursing mom information about foods to enhance your breast milk's nutritional value and ways to reduce toxins by avoiding non-stick cookware and certain plastics. It has sound research-based information and great recipes.
