This review is from: New Breed Book VII (Hardcover)
How does the author get away with it? Practically everything in the book is a repeat of something earlier. I mean over and over again and again and again. The author comes up with something to advance the story and then the characters talk the new thing to death. If someone gets a new assignment or has a run-in with a superior officer the event will be repeated throughout the book. I counted one event repeated eight times, enough already.

Griffins' first book the Lieutenants was great. Great characters, great fast moving story. Somewhere along the line he lost it and now he just bulks his book with words like a kid forced to write a 1000 word essay.
