I was diagnosed with osteopenia 1 year ago and was really worried. I researched many different products and found this one to have ALL the ingredients recommended for women in my condition. I took five a day and watched what I ate and I was recently tested and have stabilized. I HIGHLY recommend this product.

I have ostesporsis and since I have been taking this I have more than stabilized, and the size of the pill is user friendly.

After 6 stress fractures, two broken arms, a fractured cheek bone...at age 33 I was told I had Osteopenia with a score of -1.8. The doctor could not believe the results so immediately re-tested getting a score of -2.1. He felt I was too young for prescription meds and recommended New Chapter Bone Strength. I was to be re-tested in two years, but due to a couple of moves, it was three years before my next scan. During those three years, I took Bone Strength religiously (but was only taking 2 daily because I misread the package). Apparently, that didn't make a difference.

At Christmas, I had a new bone dex scan...results...-0.5...normal...normal...normal!!!! For the first time in 10-years, I started running again...with no stress fractures.

I am so thankful for this product...so grateful that my MD suggested this herbal/natural course for me.

Really and truly...this has changed my life. I will take this product faithfully.

Excellent product. Very palatable and from plant sources. I am very impressed with this product. Calcium, magnesium and the trace minerals are from algae source. Product also contains vit D and K. It is thought that plant-source calcium is better absorbed and utlized (bioavailability). I am a physician and this is the product I plan to use.

I have been taking Bone Strength for about 3 months, and about 3 weeks ago, I tripped over one of those cement blocks in a parking garage and went down very hard on the ground and bruised my knee, my nose, and both wrists, but NO BROKEN BONES. I am 66 years old and feel Bone Strength helped me. In 2009, I tripped on my laptop cord in the house and had a terrible femur fracture. I had been on Fosamax for over 5 years at that time, and had a subtrochanteric fracture - the type that had been happening to a number of women from seemingly simple falls like mine. I stopped taking Fosamax 2 years ago.
I think this is very interesting, and I will continue taking Bone Strength, and am curious to see what my next bone density test results will be.

I took generic calcium supplements from a corporate grocery store (i.e. Vons, Pavilion, Ralph's, Stop and Shop) and seeing a doctor after 6 months he measured my bone density and I barely made improvements. I was at risk for osteoporosis and a lot of bones were on the verge of hitting frailty.

We have been taking New Chapter vitamins for years. They are pricey, but worth it. Since they are whole-food sourced, you can even take them without food. It also eases the burden on your liver. This is the only Cal/Mag/D supplement to my knowledge that has Vitamin K. You also get a good dose of Vitamin D. The fermented soy that they use is very safe. It's the unfermented soy that you have to watch out for.

I've been taking this product for more than a year. I like it because it provides calcium and Vitamin D from a food source. With all the talk about calcium potentially causing problems and all the confusion about proper dosage of Vitamin D, I prefer to obtain these minerals and vitamin in the form of food (which is recognized by the body and bio-available). Additionally, other vitamins and products such as milk and cereals are now adding Vitamin D and I am concerned about intake levels from multiple sources. I feel it is safer to get your vitamins from food than from chemicals

Shopping with Amazon is always fast and easy. I currently have a defiency in calcium and Vitamin D and I have been seeking a product (one product) that will help me out. After researching Bone Strength Take Care I was convinced it was the right one for me (also includes magnesium and vitamin k) but it was $45 or more at the local stores. I have been taking bone strength tablets for years now. It is a whole food and very easily absorbed unlike synthetic calcium. My bone scans are now normal.
Amazon usually has the best price.
