I started taking this about a month ago. Type 2 diabetes runs in my family. I started taking to hopefully keep my blood sugar levels in check because Chromium is supposed to help your body use insulin properly. I am pleased to say that I feel so much better taking this supplement. I had been experiencing headaches also and since taking this they are so much better. Helps with bloating and digestion also. Give this a try, it works for me!
