I have long loved New Chapter Woman's whole food based vitamins. And thanks to their decision to sell out to P&G I will no longer purchase them. At the recommendation of my dietitian I will be switching to Mega Foods Women's One Daily. Megafood - Women's One Daily, 90 tablets She also recommends Pure Essence One-n-Only Pure Essence One 'N' Only Women?s Formula, Tablets, 90-Count I hope this helps those of you who are looking to change brands.

Don't worry about the buy out with Proctor and Gamble. No changes have been made to the company, no real employee change except some on the higher level, no ingredient changes, just bought the company that is all, in my option and the best that I can find out. I own a natural soap company. I have been watching the trend and thinking of a sell out myself. Soon or later I need to retire! Clorox bought Burts Bees which is a good natural product and nothing changed. You would think that Clorox is the opposite end of the scale from natural, which was true. They said they see the trend and want to change to natural products. If you look, they have a lot of natural products on the market. They aren't bad. Burts Bees is still a good product now just distributed much farther because they have the dollars to do so. Consumers are become wise and want better. Companies want to cater to that or they won't stay alive either. They are crazy not to join this market.
As for product review, yes, I have felt a big difference in al their products. I started with the immune support and now take the multi-vitamin. Its made from whole food and until I `feel' the difference I don't want to change. This works like crazy! I have had a comprised immune system my whole life and have been sick with one thing after another. I really don't want to be sick!! I am a very active person! Finally, after staying on New Chapter I don't catch everything that comes along (including Meningitis). For the first time I am staying well and getting stronger because I can be more active.
Another plus, while it might seem expensive for a vitamin, I was taking several things separately. I really don't need to anymore saving me a small fortune. I will gladly pay this and only take this and not a bazillion things.
So, far so good and I plan to keep taking it.
Also; I find it to be FAR cheaper here than in any store.

Isn't everyone of you CONVINCED THAT THIS PRODUCT IS ALL NATURAL FREE OF ANY SYNTHETIC ISOLATES?

Isn't THIS THE REASON that you CHOOSED it and highly paid for it ?

Of course ,( included myself ) , THATS WHAT THEY WANT US TO BELIEVE , and they manage well ......

please try to contact them and ask.. .if you'll ever manage to get an answer you will be surprised ..!!

If i was living in USA , i would bring forward this matter for legal investigation, not because these companies use what they use, (it's their right to use what ever is legaly available in the market , as all common synthetic vitamin producers), but because in a very sophisticated ,elaborated way they mislead , they take off you the right to choose what you swallow by disguising the truth . And i consider sometimes this may be risky , there are people with allergies and intolerances.....

After research and a lot of effords to have an answer from New Chapter regarding the kind of ingredients-vitamins they use for their "cultivations" ...,came out that they DO use SYNTHETIC isolates eg.: B12 cyanocobalamin , ( the cheapest, less absorbable form of b12 , the toxic cyanin... ! ) just to mention one, as well as oxide minerals !(magnesium, zinc oxide) etc..
They said "yes we use them,but we cultivate them with food, yeast.........................................................................."
Well its not nice to be treated as a fool , what ever cultivation is done the fact is that : the less effective CHEAPEST FORMS OF SYNTHETIC vitamins are used, and the final amound of vitamins in these supplements, is NOT the result of Pure Food Process, as i was so glad to beleive at first place ... and i guess all of you too ...
After all , i dont think that the toxic cyanid... evaporates in the final product!

When somebody goes for a high quality NATURAL product , presented in this masterpiece way , and available to pay that much , expects and needs in first hand that no synthetic isolates are used or, if this is the only way, at least the synthetic vitamins used, to be mentioned and be of the safest effective, absorbable , non toxic forms ,( eg.vit.B12 as Methylcobalamin,or hydroxycobalamin , vit.B6 as P5P... etc ).
Yes of course these forms cost much more, but This for me is called ETHIC.

The question is , if companies like New Chapter and Megafood (they also use harmfull binders as stearates, hidden under the name "vegetable lubricants"! ), are disguising truths in that way ,presenting their products as "NATURAL", "WHOLE FOOD" which kind of supplements should i trust?
Well after all this research, i ended up to believe, that the best safest way to supplement, is either certified Organic Green formulas, that they have all kinds of vitamins, minerals and aminoacids in natural form anyway, or choose products that:
First : they mention all the ingredients analytically and have no fear to answer about them, and
Second: they use the highest quality first ingredients available . (without use of binders and fillers, etc ofcourse, yes,...there are a couple of companies like this),
For me ,these are the important criterions to understand the quality of the final product, besides the GMP certificates and awards.....
