Excellent product
I take 2 a day. I also drink green tea, but I like this supplement in case I don't get in enough green tea in a day.

Probably works , but not for me
This is probably a good product. It gave me the jitters and upset my stomach. I gave it to a friend, however, who loves the product. I think it all depends on your individual chemistry. For the time being I'm going to have to just drink green tea the old fashioned way for the health benefits.
