New Chapter's the one brand which I can actually feel a difference after taking. I'm more energetic, centered, calm, and my brain just seems to work better when taking New Chapter multis.

The stress pills are awesome for when I'm totally overwhelmed and just need that extra bit of nutritional support. I notice oif I just take the normal ones and not the stress ones, if I am overdoing it that I get a bit snappish and grouchy, while when taking these I seem better able to handle things without letting it affect my mood.

Do take a calcium pill with these, though - that's the one thing not included in sufficient amounts here!

I've been taking these supplements for years, and couldn't understand why the other review has positive words but only 2 stars. If you understand what this supplement is for, is really is the best on the market, in terms of what it offers, how easily the body can absorb it, and the price. It offers a combination of vitamins that the body uses up quickly when under stress, plus some additional herbs and supplements to support bodily function during periods of high stress. It's made from food sources, not lab-chemical sources, so the body can absorb it very easily, compared to other vitamins on the market. And for what it offers, New Chapter's Stress Support Multi is the best deal on the market. It's worth shopping around various vendors, but it can be found for better deals than comparable products in other brands. I've been taking it for years, through sometimes extreme stress, and I do notice a different when I take it. I have more consistent and higher energy levels, and bit less 'brain fog.'

I have been taking this ever since my naturopath recommended it to help my stress levels. At one point, I ran out and while I was waiting for it to arrive, I substituted a basic Vitamin B Complex - and I noticed that my stress was slowing climbing. When this one arrived, I started it and the difference was so clear! My stress came right back down to manageable levels, and I never want to go without it. In fact, I'm ordering some more from now!
