I love these prenatal vitamins! They are organic, which makes me feel like I am doing something good for myself & baby. Plus they don't make me nauseus, even when taken on an empty stomach. My sister-in-law's doctor recommended these, so I purchased them for myself too. Highly recommend!

The plus side to this is that it is a prenatal vitamin, plus more - herbs. The negatives are that you have to take more than one a day, the pills have a bad odor because of the vitamin content.
They come in a very nice glass bottle though, and presumably are better than just the average prenatal vitamin because of the added herb content.

Loved these vitamins while I was pregnant! The only thing that made me not give it 5 stars was the fact that it has SOY in it, which is known to not be beneficial to those with thyroid problems, like myself. So, I try to avoid things with soy in it as much as possible. They gave me GREAT energy boosts, especially taking them 3 times a day. Try not to take them past 5 or 6 pm though, or they will keep you wired! :) They also helped my nausea. If I can't find something similar next pregnancy, without the soy, then I will definitely be taking these again! They are kind of big, and a little hard to swallow at times, but trust me, they are well worth that tiny inconvenience. Your body will love these!
