You need to buy this and take it religiously. It will make you feel noticeably better. Your mood will improve, and everything will work better including your brain which is made up mostly of fat! Do a little research on Omega 3, DHA.

only fish oil i've been able to take without causing strong upset stomach or burping like most fish oils tend to do to me. it isn't overly fishy too, sometimes when it does cause a burp, it is very gentle and has very little fishy flavor... coming from someone who doesn't like fish, you know that it's not that fishy for fish oil.

should have stayed with ultimate omega :-(
