only fish oil i've been able to take without causing strong upset stomach or burping like most fish oils tend to do to me. it isn't overly fishy too, sometimes when it does cause a burp, it is very gentle and has very little fishy flavor... coming from someone who doesn't like fish, you know that it's not that fishy for fish oil.

It always felt like other fish oil supplements I've tried didn't digest well, and left unpleasant after effects. This one has been great, and it makes sense to me that taking just the pure, natural oil is better than something that has been processed (and therefore changed). I also think salmon oil is probably the best.
